1、机油加得过多
　当机油不足时，轴承与轴颈等会发生润滑不良，加剧磨损甚至引发烧瓦轴事故。但机油太多，发动机同样也要出故障，即在工作时曲轴柄、连杆大端会产生剧烈搅动，将增加发动机内部功率损失，还会使溅到缸壁上的机油增多，产生烧排机油故障。因此，机油应控制在机油尺的上、下刻线之间为好。
　2、盲目喜欢进口配件
　有些抽沙船用户特别喜欢“进口”配件，但适合欧洲配件在国内往往难有上佳表现，特别是有的配件特别“娇气”，容易引发事故。事实上，国产配件根据实际情况而生产的，更适合，价位更合理。
