抽沙船工作中造成吸沙泵发热的原因
1.对于吸沙泵来说，流量超载会导致电机负载扭矩过大，接着就是电机电流变大。
2.高扬程的吸沙泵用于低扬程环境中，即用额定转速更快，扇叶更小的沙泵替代原本应该额定转速不快，扇叶更大的泵。
3.对于一台高扬程的吸沙泵，若是实际情况不需要那么高的压力，那么沙泵就会在低扬程下运行，此时吸沙泵的流量会比额定的高扬程下的流量大，这时的功率也会比额定的高扬程时高，所以容易超载。
